If you do not know it, look to:

• Your birth certificate

• Your mother, or any prominent figure growing up who knows you

• The hospital you were born in, literally. I know, how crazy! — it's really not. You have every right to know your birth details. I promise, you're going to call, say, "Hi, I'm ___, & I'm looking for the time I was born," & they'll be like, "Cool, one sec."
