Send along the details of date, time, location, description, & estimated guest headcount of your event, as well as your preferred or fastest means to communication in the submission forms for charting your harvest(s) below.
Within 24hrs. of submitting your form, you'll receive an email inviting you to schedule a discovery call with Sam, giving both parties an opportunity to address any questions or concerns necessary for the event's resounding success. Booked star-charted harvests are like shooting stars — non-refundable. If you must or sadly wish, kindly provide a 72hr. notice of any changes or cancellations certain to stir the celestial forces of your festivity.

Unless you intend/wish to yourself, I am happy to bring my own table with my own business merchandise (ex. table cover, banner, any posters/signs), & 2 chairs (1 for me; 1 for guest).

I offer 2 options for approaching your astral vision. Put simply, StellarCellar Sessions are intimate events wherein I provide private mini birth chart readings for you & your guests. As for Cosmic Curriculum & Connection, this optimizes your vision, expanding personalized readings with a layer of education structured to inform & fascinate, offering a digestible & accessible introduction to the complexities of the birth chart.

Unless guests are willing to risk accuracy/strictly interested in something as simple as their sun sign (& not their actual birth chart), I advise that you notify guests beforehand to be prepared with the exact birth information: birth DATE, birth TIME (the less "rounded off" the better), & birth LOCATION (city, state, country).

Before the official date, you're presented with a variety of uniquely charted menus. After reviewing the different kinds of readings & their descriptions as listed on each, you have the opportunity to select the one in perfect alignment with the spirit of your harvest.

Reading time limit varies depending on myriad of factors ranging from length of event to number of attendees. Overall, I recommend readings averaging app. 11-15min. (20mins. tops, unless specifically told otherwise).

If so, this option is for you. Comfortably seated away amongst the soft but lively murmurs of your event, guests receive 1:1 chart interpretation.
✿ Consultation Option B: Dare to bare your cosmic code in the company of fellow gatherers. This bold experience transcends a standard reading; it's a joint adventure. Guests take turns having their natal charts take center stage of the screen while I interpret their chart the same way we'd go about a 1:1 mini reading -- this time, with an audience.

But, perfect for those curious & captivated to the core, I also educate guests on the fundamentals of the birth chart before even attempting to dive into their own complex symbols, concepts & patterns.
As your seasoned astrology reader as well as mentor for the evening, I make learning a unique & interactive exploration of the astral plane — not just a lecture. In a 30-35min. session, using specially-curated & designed visuals to add a touch of tangible teaching materials, data-driven explanations & anecdotal examples, together we create an educational bedrock for decoding the modern symbols & demystifying some of the ancient secrets of the Zodiac.
